Santa Rosa, NM

We visit the historic SILVER MOON CAFÉ for lunch.  We heard it is a local favourite and a must-stop for all travelers.  They are world renowned for their Mexican dishes, as well as, American favourites.  The brave at heart opt for Mexican (You can just think who that is...me, of course).

Santa Rosa was, once again, a treat for the boys, because of The Route 66 Auto Museum?  We also stopped at the Blue Water Hole; as you can see true to its name.  I have never seen water this BLUE!  The temptation was so big to dive in WITH clothes and all, seeing that we were still suffering from very high TEMPERATURES.


This was a photographers dream.  Mariana where are you???  Stephanus misses you. The little YELLOW CAR ensures that you do not miss the Museum.
