JESSE JAMES WAX MUSEUM

Touring the Jesse James museum, you'll be thrilled with the displays of the life and times of America's most famous outlaw while viewing the life-like wax figures set in vignettes depicting Jesse's home, The Civil War, robberies and much more.

We had lots of fun at the wax museum

MERAMEC CAVERNS: MISSOURI'S BURIED TREASURE

Meramec cave was discovered by Jesse James. He was an outlaw. The police was looking for him. They found some of his stuff at the entrance of the cave. Very chuffed with themselves. They were waiting for Jesse to come out. What they didn't know that there was another entrance at the back. Once again Jesse and his Gang escaped.

Jesse's Hideout

We had a nice picnic under the trees close to the river.  Nobody bothered us while we were enjoying the beauty of the park.  In fact you see very few people... there were only fishermen sitting in the River with their chairs.

The heat wave is causing havoc in America, 98 F degrees. We are so lucky to have an air-con working in the Mercedes.   Thumbs up for Mercedes, they are truely worth their name.
